Have you ever wondered whether government vehicles carry a PUC certificate ?
As per law a traffic police under the sub inspector rank cannot fine a vehicle owner for any traffic offense. Furthermore NO traffic cop can fine a vehicle owner for not producing PUC.
Many times we all see cops harrasing innocent vehicle owners even though they have all the vehicle documents.
In the attached pic a PMPML bus plying through a posh residential area can be seen heavily polluting the air.
Isnt it the government’s responsibility to set a good example in front of the citizens to avoid pollution ?
